Properties
Nebroget is essential in certain human metabolism and neuropathic treatments by combination of three vitamins B1, B6, B12 where:
Vitamin B1: is essential coenzyme for carbohydrate metabolism.
Deficiency leads to mental and corporal capacity weakness, digestive system disorders and weight decreasing.
Severe deficiency leads to Beriberi disease, characterized by peripheral neuritis, bradycardia, muscle weakness, and paralysis.
Vitamin B6: is involved in amino acid, carbohydrate and fat metabolism.
Deficiency in adult leads to peripheral neuritis. Deficiency in children also affects the C.N.S.
Vitamin B12: acts as coenzymes in nucleic acid synthesis and also closely involved with folic acid in several important metabolic pathways. Deficiency leads to megaloblastic anemia and neurological damage.
It has analgesic action, and the NEBROGET spectrum is improved due to strengthening action of high doses of vitamin B12 combined with B1 and B6.
