| Side effect |
| It may be happen in few cases tachycardia , palpitation , urinary hesitancy or retention , dry mouth, blurred vision , dilatation of the pupil , weakness , nausea headache , dizziness , constipation , drowsiness . |
| Pharmacodynamics properties |
| This product contains Orphenadrine citrate which is centrally acting muscle relaxant , his mode of therapeutic action may be related to its analgesic properties and also possesses anticholinergic action , Aspirin which has analgesic and antipyretic action and Caffeine which enhance the analgesic effect to this product . |
| Therapeutic indications |
This product is indicated to :
1- Symptomatic relief of mild to moderate pain of acute musculoskeletal disorders ( low back pain , neck pain . muscle injuries , muscle spasm ).
2- 2The Orphenadrine component is indicated as an adjunct to rest , physical therapy and other measures for the relief of discomfort associated with acute painful musculoskeletal condition . |
| Contraindication |
| This product should not be used in patients with glaucoma , pyloric and duodenal obstruction ,achalsia , prostatichypertrophy or obstruction at the bladder neck , myasthenia gravis , patients know to be sensitive to aspirin or caffeine . |
| Warnings and precautions |
| Caution should be taken when used this product in patients with chicken pox influenza or flu symptoms , because risk of occurring Reye's syndrome , and while operating machinery or driving a motor vehicle , and in patient , with the presence of peptic ulcers and coagulation abnormalities . |
| Pregnancy and lactation |
Safety of the use of this preparation in pregnancy and during lactation has not been established .
Use of the drug in such patients requires that the potential benefits of the drug be weighed against its possible hazard to the mother and child. |
| DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION |
| As doctor prescribe and it is recommended as : 1 → 2 tablets 3 → 4 times daily . |
